Owlet is free forever. Barn Owl adds link x-ray everywhere, quiet hours and your own domain for $4 a month. Parliament is $7 per person for families and teams.
If I upgrade halfway through a month, do I pay twice?
No. Upgrades apply straight away, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your current period. The full new price starts at your next renewal.
What happens to my mail if I drop back to Owlet?
Nothing is deleted. If you’re using more than Owlet’s 10 GB, you can still read and export everything, and you have 30 days to trim or move mail before new messages wait for space. A custom domain stays connected for those 30 days too, so you can move it without losing mail.
Someone joins our Parliament plan in month seven. What do we pay?
Only for the months they use. A new seat on a yearly plan is charged pro rata to your renewal date, so seven months in, you pay for the remaining five. Removing a seat gives credit toward the next bill in the same way.
Are the prices before or after VAT?
Prices are shown before tax. VAT or local sales tax is added at checkout based on your country, and business customers with a valid VAT number can enter it to be invoiced correctly. Every receipt is available under Settings → Billing.
I paid for a year and changed my mind. Can I get my money back?
Yes. Cancel a yearly plan within 14 days and we refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for and simply doesn’t renew.
Can we pay without a card?
Yes. Yearly Parliament plans can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Write to help@viaowl.com with your organisation name and the number of seats, and we’ll send one within a working day.
